Samantha the sales representative made the difference in ordering the MobileHelp service and device. She asked questions to fully understand our situation. She was knowledgable, fully explained the services, the cost, the pros/cons. Samantha was down to earth, provided real life examples, etc. She wasn't pushy or acted like a typical sales representative which I appreciated. When I called back asking for her, another representative was an also professional and polite. Organization just seemed very professional.

Mathew was very helpful and courteous. He was also clearly very knowledgeable about the products and services the company offers.

Nathan was so personable and friendly. He helped make a difficult decision an easy process.

The Associate, Bill, answered all my questions and concerns. When we called with questions, we were assisted quickly and with courtesy and concern. So far, as we are new customers, we are satisfied.
