I talked with an agent last evening. She answered all my guestions and made it easy for me to order the Duo system. She also satisfactorily explained to me the advantages of paying the annual subscription. I ordered the Duo system knowing sll the details and understanding why I paid for the annual subscription for the equpment and service.
