Your tech staff is always so helpful and courteous weather helping me with a problem or testing my device.

I was calling in regards to your services you offer and see if this would be a service, that I could use. I spoke with Richard, who answered all the questions I had and was so helpful and knowledgeable! I really was just calling, to check your services out, and see what you offered, and was truly on the fence, if I should get this, or really any service, or not? After talking to Richard, for 5 minutes, he answered all my questions, concerns, and definitely gave me peace of mind, of what your services are! I had zero questions, when I got off the phone. I feel like you took the weight of the world, off of my shoulders right now and this is good, because I'm actually having a shoulder replacement! A little sense of humor helps, especially when you're looking at surgery, in your immediate future! I only signed up for the 3 months, because financially at this point, I wasn't able to pay the entire amount for the year. Anyone considering this type of service, I really recommend you calling MobileHelp - Richard would be able to answer all of your questions, so you are well informed, make your payment, and then all you have to do is, wait for your device to come in the mail. I think I was literally on the phone with him, had all my questions answered, made my payment, everything less than 20 minutes. You cannot go wrong! Thank you Richard, for making it so easy for me - I so recommend!

Thank you for this extraordinary opportunity. I have only just received the Help Button. It is, compared to another product that eventually failed, AMAZING.
