Customer Service was GREAT
Matthew Perry helped me with most of it. He was so patient and helpful. He even called back but we couldn't connect again. I don't remember the name of the next person to help, she was also great went through each page to make sure I had it correct. I am older and not to good or fast with the lap top and they both were so good to help me get the pages filled out etc. I am waiting for the text with all our signatures and then it will be complete. Thank You

TERRIBLE!!
TERRIBLE!!! SECOND UNIT WENT IN THREE DAYS AND CANNOT GET EITHER ONE TO WORK! SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON PHONE WITH MAX AND FINALLY HE GAVE UP AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE TECH CALL ME!!! Still WAITING!!!

For me it is a peace of mind knowing that my wife will be safe if I am not around.
The person that I talk with was very friendly helpful and just explained everything very well my daughter,wife, and I were very happy.
