Noel was very kind to make me aware of Mobile Help's good purchase as apposed to who I have to contact. The company I have now only covers while I am in my house; I have had some falls in parking lots before. But fortunately people were around to help me get back on my feet.

I received the package in timely manor. Had been notified by their office when shipped. Process of setting up was easy as was the testing of the system. I noticed my sister seemed more relaxed once installed.

Most of the time, I have mainly needed mobile help for the monthly check ins and the security of knowing if I have a problem I have easy accessible. However in May 2021, mobile help was needed urgently when I was having major issues with breathing and oxygen stats were below 90. I ended hospitilized with Covid Pnuemonia for 5 days but the early intervention made all the difference. The mobile help system also helped last year when my roommate accidently tripped and fell in a bowling alley knocking her self out. Thank you for being there.
