He did not tell me that it was going to take over a week to get the Life line to me. He told me that I would get a FedEx tracking number but instead I got a voice recording saying if I don't receive the Life line within 14 days call the number they provided. The Life line was shipped USPS. Not happy about that at all.

Very disappointed that the necklace loses internet! That could be a catastrophe! Elderly parent cannot hear necklace & volume cannot be turned up. That’s a problem!

This was a good experience. The sales representative Caden was helpful and explained the plan and the use of its devices so it was easy to understand. It was nice to have a lock box included. If this typifies the life care service of Mobile Help, I expect it to be of high quality.
