It took a full 4 minutes for an operator to answer. Totally unacceptable, thinking of changing companies

Service as it should be!
Needed fix - given most recent upgrade. Received in a couple of days. Easy install (even I could do it). Clear and easy to understand instruction for install and operation. All positives with upgrade equipment! Date of experience? … a couple of months ago…?
