I've had this service for seversl years. It's economical but thankfully haven't had to use it but a couple of times. Response was quick.

You neck device went off by itself when I was working on some chairs that I pushed up against my chest to get a better grip on and the button got pushed. Figure out how to prevent this from happening because I don’t need to be disturbed by BS when I’m busy. Fix it!!!

I was hospitalized for 3 months with an LVAD device implanted for heart failure. When I was discharged I received a call from mobilehealth reminding me that my account payment was due. The associate I spoke with was so kind and understanding. She advised me to give them a call when I was able to correct my account. There was never an interruption in my service and I made the correction that was needed.

I've had so many problems with this service with Paul pendants, going off and not being able to to disarm it. Your people are good to replace it, but still is a pain in the butt.
