Mom can still live independently!
My mother has had several falls that we were notified of, and EMS was dispatched immediately to help her. We live about a 15-30 minute drive from her home but knowing she is being cared for brings us great relief. We no longer panic when we don’t hear from her or she doesn’t answer when we call. Making the drive to her home wondering if she is OK was very stressful. We love MobileHelp! They provide consistent and reliable service!

My device no longer charges
My device no longer charges, test or works in any way I'm paying 227.00 every 6 months for something I may never have to use or want

Everything is wonderful except the false alarms. It would be wonderful to not worry about this. The customer service tips on how to reduce those false alarms has been helpful though.
