Super helpful customer service rep, Ebony. She was patient and explained everything. She transferred me to a colleague in another department, and I didn't have to re-explain everything. Awesome!

I canceled the service and sent the…
I canceled the service and sent the devices back and they charged my account for renewal! Now I have to call and deal with getting the credit or dispute it with my credit card
