The agent was very clear in explaining how it worked. She was patient in listening to my questions and answered them competently. I ended up switching from my existing mobile help to yours.

Mobile Help is easy to set up in home.
Mobile Help is easy to set up in home. When we moved I was able to take equipment and set it up again with no problems. I feel comfortable having this service in my home when I am alone
