Have used Mobile Help daily and have found them to be quick to respond to any alarm including an inadverdent false alarm and to offer help if needed, very gracious and pleasant if I cause the alarm inadvertently. Thank you!

Mobile Help was prompt when they knew there was a problem, contacted my daughter immediately, showed her how to get in to check. The ping was not coming from the house. The next operator found the location of the ping & checked there & everything was OK. I now know how to respond to the GPS if it should ever go off again when I am not at home
