I was looking at medical devices and talked to Paula Briggs. She was very thorough and professional. Later I called what I thought was a different company( One Alert). The man I talked to then was very RUDE. I tried to tell him I wanted to give my business to Paula. He would not accept that answer and persisted that I let him take my order. This is very unprofessional.

Got MobileHelp for my stepmom so she could try and live back home…We moved her back home Saturday and three days later we moved her back to the assisted living home. While my brother and I were loading the mechanical bed, FedEx was bringing the MobileHelp. MobileHelp was very understanding and allowed me to return the package for a refund. That’s customer service..!!!

MobileHelp representatives are very helpful in discussing and answering any questions we may have.
