This company is very responsive to any requests for help or assistance with issues. They willingly replaced my wrist alarm button when the previous one came apart. My husband fell once and they picked up on it immediately and EMS arrived soon!

I appreciate that they stay really on top of things. They recently sent me a new fall pendant that is rechargable. I didn't know my battery is low but they monitor that and always send me a new one really fast with a prepaid envelope to send the old one back. And this pendant has been a godsend for me, help here immediately! Thanks so much for all you do!

I have tried to test the devices, but have often received a response that it wasn't working and had to be fixed. It was quickly put into working order, but I worry that it might not work when I really need it.
