For whatever reason they are trying very hard to solve an equipment problem I'm having. But for whatever reason the replacement equipment keeps failing. At the moment I'm awaiting my third replacement of equipment to see if that solves my problem The best thing is Mobile Help is footing the bill for everything. I have never seen a company go beyond to satisfy a customer's safety as Mobile help has been.

The people who contacted me were exceptionally kind, thorough and did all they could to ensure I was safe and had the best and latest equipment. When I was told my current equipment needed to be updated, the new machine and attachments came quickly and the instructions for returning the old one with packaging arrived immediately.
