I was connected to a representative very quick. He was very detailed oriented. Explained every option available to my mother. I told him what she wanted and what she didn't want and there was no pressure to up-sale me. He helped attach my aunt's acct to get the referral fee. Very pleasant to speak to. I will keep the referral process going.

Service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered questions. Would have rated a five star, but he got my name wrong on the email, lol.
