New Customer
After 90 days of reviewing the many providers of medical alert services we selected MobileHelp as a result of the various plans/equipment options available along with competitive pricing. We are still new and have not had an opportunity to assess the service level. However I was extremely pleased to receive a call from the service center addressing a minor concern regarding the equipment received. Thank you for the prompt and courteous follow up call.
