I do not like the battery life of this…
I do not like the battery life of this device. I am awakened during the night telling me I should return it to the charger. I prefer wearing it at night. Not happy

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I am very disappointed as I was told by the salesman that the customer service would be great, and I would be speaking with employees who spoke understandable English. I couldn't understand the first person who had a thick accent. I need to return my dad's unopened unused equipment from a mobile duo pkg ordered two weeks ago and am being told it takes 24-48 hours to get a mailing label. I am also told the credit will not be given for 30 days or more. The price online is less than what I am being quoted by phone. I waited 21 minutes on my first call to get no help and on my third call I am now on hold for billing after 43 minutes with tech support. This is unacceptable.

Even tho I haven't had to use you for…
Even tho I haven't had to use you for an event, there has been a couple of times my necklace has gone off by accident. I appreciate the immediate response.
