Didn't realize you're the middle man, no point in ordering from you if I have to wait for you to get the product when I could've had it directly from the manufacturer in half the time, didn't want to leave a review but you insisted

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We reviewed your order to make sure everything went smoothly on our end. Your order was placed on 10/20 and delivered on 11/01. Processing took a little longer than usual, but the delay was minimal - and the order arrived without any reported issues. If you ever need lead times before placing an order, we’re always happy to provide them. Regarding your comment about ordering directly from the manufacturer: Mod in Japan has always operated as a distributor for hundreds of brands. We’ve never hidden that, and it’s how we’re able to offer authentic products, competitive pricing, and a wide catalog across many manufacturers all from one place. As a small business, we work hard to balance speed with the best pricing possible. If you have any questions about availability, lead times, or shipping options, we’re here to help.

It did not have any fittings in the box now I have to try and find the correct ones and sizes
Reply from Mod in JapanNov 18, 2025
Hi Charlie, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear your kit arrived without the fittings you expected. The Nitrous System you ordered is designed to come as a complete kit from the manufacturer, and missing components are uncommon. It sounds like there may have been a packing oversight on their end, but we’re happy to help get this resolved quickly. Please email our team at [email protected] so we can figure out how to make this right for you. Thank you and we hope you give us another chance!
