Rolled the dice on this company because the bottle looked neat, unfortunately the other reviews are correct, the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Zero communication and no progress on my order, even after reaching out to them asking for help. Can't speak to the quality of the product of course, but I definitely don't want to deal with them again.

TMB bottle is the best bottle I ever seen, but unfortunately this company got the worst management and customer service department. Either the owner or manager is not a business type person. I start paying since the first day they came out on Kickstarter, I purchased 3 bottles bundle, and until this day it never arrives, I emailed and they said they will get investigated into this but never have any answer and never email me back anymore. Last week I purchased 3 bundles again due to the discount for Boxing Day, I received 3 bottles FINALLY, but one bottle is super loose, I emailed them at the first moment I opened the box. After 4 days (96 hrs) present, I still not received any email answer back. I even emailed again to say that I have no harmful message, I use thank you and hello and beginning and all the polite words to make sure they dont feel aggressive. But im so disappointed. so, with $275.54, many years, I got 2 bottles. I never have such bad experiences on online purchasing.

I am happy to report that this issue has finally been resolved. After a lengthy, in-depth discussion with their customer service team, we were able to iron everything out. They ultimately stepped up, took ownership of the situation, and ensured I was taken care of. I am now completely happy, content, and glad to have this sorted. For context, here is how the experience started: I ordered the Ultra Pack from TMB ModularBottle (Order #TMB26201). While the bottle itself is well-designed and looks great, my initial experience with customer service was extremely frustrating. My order arrived missing items that were explicitly included in the Ultra Pack (a straw kit and flat cap). After contacting support, I was repeatedly promised replacements and tracking numbers, but over the course of several months, I faced communication gaps and confusing regional shipping policies. It took some serious persistence and a long, detailed conversation to get past the initial roadblocks. However, once I reached the right support representative, the tone completely changed. They listened to the history of the issue, corrected the errors, and made sure I received exactly what I paid for without any further hassle. This is a massive relief because the product itself is genuinely good. Now that the after-sales support has matched the quality of the bottle, I feel much more confident in the brand and am happy to finally enjoy the full Ultra Pack as intended!

This bottle struggles to get the basics right beyond its aesthetic look, making the price point absolutely absurd. The bottle is comprised of many parts which make washing it a pain. Refilling it is a needlessly frustrating process as the detachable top section is tricky to line up with the notch on the internal part that fits into the glass inner bottle. This is something you'll have to do regularly because the bottle is so tall that simply taking the cap off doesn't always leave enough room for the bottle to fit underneath whatever you're refilling it with (e.g. a fridge tap). And all this inconvenience and money for... 750ml? Yeah, no. Even on sale this product simply isn't worth it in my opinion on the sole basis that it does not make your life any easier (quite the opposite) nor does it add much value over a regular glass or stainless steel bottle beyond the flashy design. Now mine seems to be leaking too! I really do appreciate its good looks and I wish I could find this bottle to be more usable, but it seems to always want to work against me. The worst part? It discourages me from drinking more water when I'm using it as my main bottle, and THAT is enough for me to say that it has failed in my eyes. A regretful purchase.

Thanks for the detailed review — and I’m truly sorry the bottle has felt like “work” instead of making hydration easier. A couple of important notes from our side: • Leaking: This shouldn’t happen. In our experience, leak reports are extremely rare (roughly 1 in 10,000 units), but even if you’re the one person, it’s still unacceptable and we’ll make it right. • Notch / alignment: You’re right that the earlier version required alignment. We’ve since updated the molds, and the new version no longer has the notch system — so there’s no alignment step needed anymore. Please reach out to our support team with your order details and a quick photo/video of the leak, and we’ll help immediately (replacement parts or a full replacement, depending on what’s best). We genuinely appreciate the honest feedback — it directly pushed improvements like the mold update above, and we’re sorry yours wasn’t the experience we designed it to be.

The bottle feels quite cheap, definitely not worth the 130$ price tag. I have the 700ml variant and its very large, way bigger than bottles of similar volume. The assembly is also not easy. You have to align the top plastic part with the actual mouthpiece, pull the mouthpiece upwards, because just leaving it in the outer shell makes it impossible to align the top plastic, while holding the whole thing together and screw it downward. Easy this is not, so much so that i just don't want to bother with it most times. The sealing rings are not attached to any part of the bottle, so they will fall out while disassembling. For 130$ i would have expected them to be attached, inside a grove in the plastic or something. The bottle looks nice. If they make the assembly easier in a next version i might buy it if the top part can be bought separately and is compatible with version 1.0, mainly to get a usable bottle and not have completely wasted my money. Can not recommend this bottle to be honest, if it was 20$ maybe, but even then the headache each time filling it up, you would end up with a 20$ paperweight.

As a result, we updated the molds — the current version no longer requires any notch alignment at all, making assembly significantly simpler. • Sealing rings: Your feedback here is valid. In the updated version, we improved tolerances and retention to reduce the chance of seals falling out during disassembly. This was a direct result of feedback like yours. • Size perception: The bottle can feel larger than other bottles with similar capacity due to the double-wall construction, modular system, and glass inner, which prioritizes durability, insulation, and taste neutrality over compactness. • “Cheap” feel: While the bottle uses premium, BPA-free technical polymers and borosilicate glass, we understand that perceived value is subjective — especially if usability falls short. Importantly, we don’t want you to feel like your purchase was a waste. I had high hopes. When unpacking I noted the very flimsy plastic, the unpractical assembly and was concerned. I asked for refund which was offered, but shipping to Canada is expensive from Europe. I tried the bottle out. The glass broke in first week as virtually no side impact buffering inside plastic. Overall this is a terrible bottle, poorly designed and overcomplicated. DO NOT BUY.

Fantastic multifunctional bottle and great service! I’m really happy with my ModularBottle.com It’s a clever and versatile design — perfect for everyday use, and great for infusions thanks to the built-in strainer. What I really like is that you can customize the bottle completely to your needs – with or without the strainer, and with different lids depending on how you want to use it. The fact that you can take it fully apart makes it super easy to clean, and the build quality feels solid and well thought-out. Also, big compliments to Team TMP for their quick and friendly service. A beautiful, durable product clearly made with care. Highly recommended!
