Never had some awesome bottle. Different caps is not the best thing but it’s also coooool. The best thing is one bottle with different sizes. Tea infuser and a place under the bottle for some snacks are the best. Glass easy to clean and always fresh! Back to the caps. Four different caps are nice for different events. And the last. Metal straw and cleaning set. What else do u need!!

I never received my order after almost a year and reached out multiple times. After my note in July, they completely ignored me and didn’t respond. When I contacted them again last week, they replied saying they would look into it, but I haven’t heard back since. My order shows as paid, but there’s no tracking information and it was never shipped. Given how they’ve handled this, I do not recommend purchasing from them if you expect to actually receive your order or get any type of response from the company. Very unprofessional.

HI Justin, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. While we did face some issues in the past with orders not arriving, we’ve always communicated with our customers and worked on resolutions. Over the past few months, we’ve partnered with a new shipping provider and things have been running much more smoothly. I’ll personally make sure your case is located and resolved as quickly as possible. I completely understand your frustration, and I appreciate your patience as we work to make this right.

Beste Grüße, Ihr Modular Bottle Team ---- Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear that your order arrived quickly and that our support team was able to assist you right away with a replacement. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the glass. While our bottles are made with borosilicate glass (chosen for its safety and clean taste), we understand that certain conditions can put extra stress on it. Feedback like yours is very valuable as it helps us continue improving the product design. We’re happy that overall your experience was positive, and we’ll keep working to make the Modular Bottle even better. Best regards, The Modular Bottle Team ----

Seemed super excited about the bottle. First time i dropped it from 0,5 meter onto grass the glass core bottle broke. So it feels nice. But dont drop it ever. And the user guides are shit. Just because a person wears white gloves. Doesnt make it good.

I want to first start off by saying I am very disappointed in this service and my order (s). The company is very unprofessional; there is no way to contact them; there communication is trash and I am pissed I ever ordered from this company. I ordered 4 water bottles your company and all of them (the first 3) came incomplete. They were for (2) two birthdays and they all arrived incomplete! This is embarrassing for you to be such a large and growing company with these types of mistakes! Now my girlfriend and my sisters WILL not have there gifts. I am going to leave a very serious and honest regarding my experience with your company. I am very frustrated and I will let anyone know who is interested in purchasing these bottles how they treat their customers.

Hi Johnny, First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced. I completely understand how upsetting it is to receive incomplete gifts—especially when they were meant for such special occasions like birthdays. We truly dropped the ball here, and I’m really sorry that this has impacted you and your loved ones. This is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have with our brand. While we’re still a small and growing team, that’s no excuse for the issues you faced with communication and fulfillment. We take full responsibility and we’re working to correct this immediately. Please send me your order number or reply to this message so I can personally check what caused this to happen. Just let us know what would help make this right. We truly appreciate your honesty and the chance to fix things. Your feedback is being taken seriously and shared with our entire team so we can improve. Looking forward to your reply so we can resolve this fully.

Tried to cancel my order several times and they would not. Then I never got my order and they refused to refund me my money. Horrible customer service and thieves! Do not buy from them! Update: They sent me the bottle that I don't want anymore so I'm trying to send it back. Their website states "If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted." They accepted my return but told me they DO NOT cover the cost of shipping returns. This has been a truly horrible experience with this company. Their website says one thing and they turn around and do another. Complaint filed with the FTC.
