I recently purchased the Mokwheel Scoria 3.0 (250W European version). While the overall build quality and hardware components of the e-bike are decent, I am deeply disappointed by the strict and hardcoded firmware limitations. The speed is strictly locked to 25 km/h with no possibility of unlocking or adjusting settings for private property or closed track use. Customer support confirms that unlike the US versions (or older models like the 2.0), the European 3.0 model offers zero flexibility for users who ride legally on private land. Purchasing an e-bike at this price point only to find out that its performance is heavily restricted by locked firmware—without clear disclosure prior to purchase—is very frustrating. I cannot recommend this model to buyers looking for versatility or private circuit use in Europe.
