Extremely well packaged. Mattress even better quality than expected. Haven't had very long time to gauge comfort or longevity but this is every bit as good as the "name brand" mattress we replaced with this one. Will certainly consider Molblly for future purchases.

The size, the comfort, no smell, so far looks great. We haven’t slept on them yet.

Did not receive my mattress. Has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Customer Support. Even though I ordered directly from the Molblly website, I was told by support to contact Amazon. I don’t have an Amazon account and when I called Amazon I was told they had no history of my order and there was nothing they could do. Upon relaying Amazons message back to Molblly Support, I received the same message once again that I have to contact Amazon. So at this point, I would certainly not recommend. Not due to the mattress(because I haven’t gotten it) but because of the terrible Customer Support I’ve received from Molblly. Hopefully this can be sorted out, but at this point I would just prefer a refund and to just spend my money elsewhere.

There is a tare in the mattress and I have to have a storage bag for the mattress. I have gotten no responses for weeks. I am about to claim fraud on my card.

Shipping was fast, only took about 3 days to receive. The mattress is very comfortable. My other mattress was very firm. This mattress is kind of soft on top but gives support so you don’t sink in. It gives the support that I need. Takes a few nights to really appreciate the support of the mattress. I was very skeptical about ordering, read the reviews but I am impressed with this mattress. I would order again and would recommend this mattress. I don’t think for the quality and price it can be beat.

Never bought a bed in a box before. Let the bed spread out for full 48 hours and I have to say it’s firm yet comfortable. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
