The success of the mondawe independent website is due to our tireless efforts: with the help of big platforms such as Wayfair, Lowes, etc., we have gained a large number of American fans who trust us. You'll find our brands on Wayfair, home depot and overstock. mondawe is a company focused on customer service and that philosophy is still going strong today! Many of us here have decades of experience in the home category, and you can get the service you want, the options you need, and the best prices at modawe.

Customer service was excellent! I contacted them because we were missing a part to the nightstand we ordered and they quickly shipped the replacement. I received many updates and the tracking # when it shipped and a text making sure we received it from Mona. We are very happy with the response!

Mondawe is a company that stands behind its quality products. We are enjoying our patio umbrella and, especially like the ease of having a remote to raise/lower it. The umbrella enhances our outdoor space beautifully!

It was very easy to work so I installed it quick. When I called for parts the team helped me asap to send the parts to me. I really like the brushed gold colour systems.

I am a plumbing contractor in Ontario. My customer purchased a shower unit online. As this was a Reno, we didn’t have a lot of room to plumb the different functions as per the instructions. I was able to speak with customer service to order a new CUSTOM trim plate to reflect the shower options as we had plumbed it. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and understanding. They answered right away, were so easy to deal with and easy to understand. They have messaged several times to touch base and make sure everything was delivered and to our satisfaction. The new part came in good time and reasonably priced.

I recently purchased a remote control operated Mondawe umbrella from Home Depot. The original battery wasn't working so I contacted Mondawe customer service and they were fantastic and resolved the issue promptly! They sent a new battery within days.
