Almost at 5 stars
Almost at 5 stars . . . the new look sensor interface doesn't show data in our air pressure chart (the temperature and humidity monitor charts are both fine). The classic view does show the pressure chart data. Otherwise - we check the pressure and temperature histories almost daily; they present a fantastic opportunity to keep tabs on our laboratory environment.

Great service and products!

Slow to respond
Slow to respond. Took several attempts to straighten billing problems. Not sure if it's resolved yet. Would not stand behind one of it's sensors that prematurely failed.
