Some issues with water entry on the industrial version of their sensors but great support to get things back online. I'm told these issues are now fixed :)

I have had very good support from anyone that answers the call in. I would make a suggestion that there would be a way on your phone system to select whom to call and not just get whichever person answers. Sometimes, if you are working on an issue with one person, you would just like to go directly back to that person for service. At present, I see no way to do that.
