Have never seen a worse user interface
It’s hard to describe just how awful the experience is with this product. Starting with the good, it does work to track opening and closing of my gate. That’s where the good ends. The bad: -printed directions with sensor were not accurate -desktop and app interfaces are as unfriendly as it gets - it’s like the labels and interface were developed solely for Monnit employees and not an end user unfamiliar with the company or its products -text and email alerts for activity are formatted terribly. The customization offered only makes the messages harder to interpret -expensive monthly fee to continue “premium” features Please hire a company to develop your desktop site and app with the end user in mind.

I know it’s a price conscious line but wish receiver unit was a bit more sturdy

My open/close sensor works perfectly
My open/close sensor works perfectly. I'm a good 500 feet from the gate with a thick foresr and 100 foot elevation change in between. Also live in a house with a steel roof and steel siding. The signal still gets through.
