It took some time but they replace a 3D printer that wasn't working with one that works fine.

Bought a Monoprice Mini v2 3d printer in dec. This machine is amazing!! For entry level beginner type printer it for me perfect. Then it broke. Got in touch with Shafqat in customer service and it was a professional, immediate response. I was having some email issues on my end and he hung in there with me via chat and got an rma issued.... I returned my broken one and a few days later recieved what seems to be an updated model. Customer service was amazing, that alone will keep me talking about this awesome little printer!! Thanks Monoprice!!

I've purchased countless cables, etc from Monoprice, and have always had great experiences. You can't beat that prices, and the cables themselves have proven to be of very good quality. Highly recommended!

This is the 3rd time buying electronics from them. I just bought a simple mouse 2 months ago & it is now useless. I have never had a mouse just stop working before. And i am not allowed to return it or replace it. It really feels like I am ordering NEW, but they are sending me used junk. I am done trying to save a couple bucks, only to lose a whole lot more in the end. No more buying from this company.

I have purchased items from Monoprice for many years now. I recently bought an HDMI switch which would not respond to remote control commands. I called their customer support and within an hour had an RMA number and shipping label to return the item. I had a replacement unit within a week. Their staff in customer service were very professional and very helpful. I would always check Monoprice first for any electronic item I needed.
