I cannot rate this company highly enough. We had two reasons to contact them, and their response was outstanding in both cases. Product was excellent too.

Buyer Beware: Bad masks from this store who does not normally sell masks are selling masks from China with Poor quality. I purchased a box from them and most of the masks are defective making them useless. After a week wait of an email response, I was told sorry these masks are sold as they are and No returns...SAD! UPDATE: 5/29/20 Contacted by Manager Paul S.about the problem, he was very courteous and addressed the issue with a refund and a replacement. Thanks Paul and Monoprice.

*** UPDATE*** Paul the manager reached out and made me feel that he was concerned. I was upset I wanted a monitor from them that had great reviews but if a company is concerned and willing to reach out to you that is a company you should give a shot. Bravo Monoprice.com Ordered a monitor on April 19th real early in the morning. They so called shipped it on 21th after I used the chat asking about it. Monoprice used a so called Fedex shipping number. After chatting with three different employees, they kept telling me it was Fedex fault that Fedex did not update their website, even though the Fedex website said number not found and even their own website said still being processed. The three employees I chatted with said it was shipped and ill receive it on the 28th. Well 28th came and went and no monitor and their website still says being processed.

the live customer service rep that I worked with was not helpful and in my opinion did not handle the situation very well. However, Paul from CS reached out right away and offered to help with my situation. Luckily I was able to resolve said issue on my own and figure out who sent a pack of guitar cables to my 2 week old daughter. I originally gave a 1 star but I’m very impressed with how fast Paul from CS reached out and offered to help which is why I chose to revise my review and increase the star value.

**editing this review after monoprice responded** So I was mad and I think I kept things pretty respectful after an order wasn't fulfilled and I was told I wasn't going to receive it either. They ended up filling the order with a replacement (and a very minor upgrade) and apologizing for the situation as well paying for shipping. It is very much appreciated and they have a customer for life. ----- previous review below ----- These guys waited 9 days to tell me they weren't shipping my package including a ukulele for my daughter. Finally after I reached out, they told me that they weren't going to ship it. There was a problem with inventory, but they were never going to tell me and did nothing to make it right. Order at your own risk.

I had a quality related issue with a pair of M1060C headphones. Customer Service was super quick to respond and put the problem right immediately. Such professional and speedy customer support is a rare thing in this day and age. Thank you Monoprice!!

They listened to the problems I had they gave me a refund. Thanks so much monoprice. I would recommend monoprice to anyone who wants to save money :)

I am very impressed with my guitar also the shipping time was great I will order another guitar in the near future on account of all of it.
