Great communication with Monport while trying to decide if this was the laser for me. I'm happy with the laser so far. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the company they use to ship the freight needs better communication.

The customer service team has been very responsive in helping me work out any issues that arise. Despite working on the opposite side of the planet, they respond quickly to every question and point me toward valuable resources. I've learned a lot from them, not just about Monport lasers, but lasers in general.

Auch ich muss leider feststellen, dass der Kunde nicht ernst genommen wird, sobald er bezahlt hat. Seit fast zwei Monaten werde auch ich hingehalten, etwa eine Woche lang bekomme ich überhaupt keine Antwort. Ich werde einen Anwalt einschalten.

It took me quite a few times to get to the person I finally reached, so don't get discouraged there are people that do answer you. The person I did finally reach was right on and gave me information after each request. Please keep up the good work people out here need you. This is a good product can't wait to get started!!

My Monport 130w co2 laser arrived in a great condition, in a created pallet. I had a few minor problems that were easily resolved by the folks at Monport Laser. I look forward to my next purchase as I expand into new markets.

An open door sensor was damaged on receipt of my new laser, making it non-functional. The team at Monport quickly identified the issue and worked diligently to help me get my new laser up and running.

I was VERY impressed with the support I received related to and issue I had trying to reset my laser. I had heard it was challenging getting responses from customer support, but this was faster than nearly any other company I've ever reached out to. I sent an email with my issue and prepared to wait several days (or weeks) for a response. To my surprise, I received a response the next morning. They gave me some initial suggestions and then asked me to send additional information about my situation if their initial recommendations didn't work. They did a great job of helping me isolate the issue and work through my problem until I could get it solved. I feel much better about any future issues I may experience knowing the customer support team seems to truly care about getting me up and running again as soon as possible!
