Fantastic quality if all the parts come. Sent an email to request missing parts, I listed down missing part numbers and requested them. I waited 6 weeks for an email reply requesting I take a photo of the bag with the missing parts???? Unbelievable

I received my order today (6th January), after placing the order in early December. My issue isnt really with the product itself, but the communication or lack of from the company. I believe that Mostarle was inundated with orders and that were unable to be fulfilled around Christmas time. I continued to see advertising all through December, even though HUNDREDS of customers were yet to receive their order or any communication. I actually sent FOUR emails, One messenger DM and countless comments on FB with my order number, stating I wanted a cancellation and refund. In the end I lodged a dispute with my bank, assuming I had been scammed. Mostarle have obviously ignored all correspondence from myself and the other customers, because well, my order came today and i have cancelled the dispute. While I am glad that this ordeal is over, I will not be ordering from them ever again. They are a Chinese Business, pretending to be operating from USA, with a false address and phone number. I did all my research before making a purchase and the reviews were largely positive, but they really effed up this Christmas. I have since found another RELIABLE brand called "Metalkitor". These guys answer their DMs, are actually located in USA and their product quality is incredible. If my son likes constructing the Mostarle plasma ball spider, I will definitely order from Metalkitor next time. The amount of stress and annoyance this company has caused me, as well as the $153AUD has not been worth it in the slightest. Do not support this business until they make real changes.

I have placed an order (#MO19578) on the 28th of November and have yet to receive any information regarding the shipping and delivery of my parcel. It is now out of the 10-15 buisness day delivery time frame so I have emailed and contacted the company but have not yet had any response at this time.

I ordered on December 5th with 12 to 15 days to delivery. Received confirmation of my order saying I would be notified when my order would be shipped. The 12-day mark has passed and shipping has not yet been confirmed. Christmas eve is in 6 days and I need this by then as it is a Christmas present for my son. I wrote Customer Support and never got a reply. Senr a other email today. Mostarle was quick to take my money but doesn't seem to care about getting the item shipped or answering customer inquiries. Seems like a scam job.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry for the delay and lack of communication. We understand how disappointing this is — especially with a Christmas deadline and no shipping confirmation. To avoid keeping you waiting any longer, and because the order had not yet been dispatched, we have cancelled your order and processed a full refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear. We apologise for the slow response to your emails during this peak season. Our support inbox has been receiving a very high volume of messages, but that does not change the experience you had and we are working to improve this going forward. Thank you again for your patience, and we are sorry that this gift will not arrive in time.
