Thank you for sharing your experience. As we can see from current communication with our support team we managed to narrow down the source of the issue to the Godaddy hosting plan that was provided to you by Godaddy. With a switch from WordPress account, to a regular hosting account we can help you resolve the issues you have faced. We are willing to do everything we can from our side to resolve the issue that has happened with Godaddy WordPress hosting plan restrictions.

We are a provider of NHS GP services and have been using Moto for the last few year. We updated our SSL today but a problem developed meaning that the sub pages could not be accessed. We contacted Moto and via live chat explained the problem and mentioned how urgent the matter was given that our patients are accessing econsultations real time due to current pandemic. Moto logged in and resolved the matter in a matter of minutes. We were expecting hours if not days so the immediacy of the help and resolve was more than welcome at this critical timw. Very grateful to Moto.
