When I contacted Moz to report a problem, they immediately resolved the issue, even though they knew that the issue was a result of my own negligence. Most companies are great UNTIL you have a problem. Moz proved to be great AFTER I had a problem - a problem that was of my own making!!! Going forward, I wouldn't even consider another company after my stress-free experience with Moz. Thank you to all of you at Moz. Keep up the great work.

The tool is great and very strong

I really really don’t like being cold called constantly. Please stop. I don’t like your services they are outdated and your strategies are useless with the development of AI.

Moz Local not good enough. I've alway loved Moz but I was unable to get the correct catagory pushed out to one of the most important aggregators, LocalEaze.

Excellent tool and customer support.

Quick customer service, and accomplishment of refund request after I forgot to cancel due to personal circumstances. I requested the refund within the first 24 hours of being debited. MOZ was kind enough to follow through.

The website doesn't load and I got no do-follow backlinks after multiple months of using. This is basically a scam.

I signed up for a free one-month trial but I can't log in to my account. I've been trying to contact support for over a week now, but there's been no response. Since they make you give them your credit card during the free trial and I can't log in, they'll be able to withdraw money, which is pretty stressful. Don't give them your banking information!
