Delivery was erratic and confusing, but product arrived after 3rd attempt. As for the pet couch itself, the dog absolutely loves it! Great product.

Very pretty cushion but I thought it was much thicker like in the video and it's absolutely not worth $600.

Our Jack Russell Buddy loves his couch. He's so funny! Now every time we get a package in the mail he thinks it's for him. Even with the back log of orders that you guys have, it still came in a timely manner. His blanket and his anxiety bed will be arriving any day now so he will be literally in the clouds.

My big dog hopped right into his new bed. He has a bit of arthritis in his knees so I didn't want him to have to jump up on the couch anymore. The only problem is, my small dog and my two cats love it too!!

Do not believe the pictures. Nothing orthopedic about this flimsy vastly understuffed bed. I bought a $30 dog bed from amazon that is so much betterthan this one.

El producto que venden puede ser encontrado en las páginas chinas que todos conocemos por mucho menos de la mitad; y no me refiero a un producto similar, sino al MISMO producto. La "política de devolución" es la trampa, pues tienes que enviar el producto a China, como especifican en un apartado recóndito de su página (qué raro, si supuestamente tienen almacenes en países de la UE) y los costes son, dependiendo del transportista, muy próximos al inflado precio de las camas, o incluso superiores. Lo único que hacen es poner una bolsa de embalaje con su logo una vez el paquete llega a España -imagino que lo acordarán así con la empresa de transporte con la que tengan contratación en territorio nacional-, pero dentro se encuentra la cama en su embalaje original, y si te molestas en retirar cuidadosamente las etiquetas de envío, ves las originales en chino. Y tras ello, tu perro ya puede disfrutar de su cama de la famosa página china por solo 80-90 euros más de lo que vale en dicha página. Por cierto, el paquete tarda unas 3 semanas en llegar, pero desde el primer momento se encuentra ya "en tránsito" -una vez más, qué raro- por lo que no te permiten cancelar el pedido. Si no puede ser tipificado legalmente como estafa, es lo más próximo a ello.

Super super quick delivery from My Fluffy Friend. My Groodle "Waffles" is so tall and was getting too old to lie on the floor. He now has his new bed and looks so comfortable even when he spreads out. Its an amazing product.
