I like the variety of the products. My dog loved it. I bought it because the cats would not stay out of her bed. Did not help, but now there is room for all and 2 beds to choose .

Hi Vickie, We’re glad your dog enjoyed the bed and that you now have a bit more peace (and extra sleeping options!) at home. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I found the quality to be great. The measurements were a little off, my mistake i should have gone with a larger bed. It’s too expensive to order a second one. I ordered the medium. Beware of the size but it is a great product. Gary

16 yr old pup, his brother from another mother recently passed and he's been a bit out of it. Have about 5 beds and this is his go to. Loves it and it seems to help his joints.

Thank you, Wally. We’re truly sorry for your loss, and we’re so glad to hear your senior pup has found comfort and relief in his new bed during this time.

Very well made. Cats and dogs love the secure and fluffy beds. Easy to put in various locations to create safe spaces for the fur babies to relax when they need some time to themselves.

DO NOT buy from this company. They have cheaper, nicer beds at other well know online retailers with modern shipping and return processes. I am currently 3 weeks into the absurdly complicated return process. They have to send you a form via email. Which you fill out BY HAND (what year is it?) and put in your return package. Then there is another piece of paper you need to tape to the box, then there is a number that you get from the return email that you need to write on the outside of the package. And you have to pay for postage and it has to arrive at the return warehouse within 30 days of the day you received it. I did all of this. Took pictures, emailed support, documented everything, I didn't even open the package aside from making a 2 inch slit in the outer bag to put my handwritten form... and I still have not received my money back. I have been in contact with support who tells me that they cannot confirm when I will get my money so I am going to wait another week and then file a fraud claim with my credit card company. EDIT: I received an email notification of my refund 2 min after the email from trustpilot noting the company commented on this review.

Hi Karen, We can confirm that your order has been fully refunded today. We’re sorry if the processing time felt longer than expected—this was due to the time needed to complete the necessary checks, but everything has now been successfully processed. We truly appreciate your patience throughout this process. If you feel satisfied with the resolution, we kindly ask you to consider updating your review to reflect the outcome.

My order came within reasonable time, and my sweet Bella could not wait for her bed. This is her 3rd one. She outgrew her first two. But she loves them .

Hi Glenda, Thank you for your feedback! We’re so happy to hear Bella loves her bed and that this is already her third one — that means a lot to us. We also appreciate your note about sizing, and we’re glad she’s still enjoying it so much!
