I got the orthopedic bed for my long haired chihuahua named Chico. He is 17 years old. He had a bed but it was more flat. He LOVES his new bed. After he sniffed it thoroughly, he snuggled down into it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read these reviews prior. False advertising on the website as the quality of the dog beds are terrible... cheap crap material. IMPORTANT: If you remove from the vacuum packaging they are shipped in, you will ONLY receive an 80% refund. This is NOT outlined in the return policy and frankly is completely unethical. Not to mention the cost of return shipping. They make it so difficult to return, encouraging you to donate the beds before offering to finally send you the return instructions if you're insistent. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. What a joke!

Niestety pomimo anulacji zamówienia pieniądze nie wróciły, zamowienie nigdy nie zostało wysłane. Przesyłka nie została nigdy nadana. Mam bardzo złe doświadczenie. Brak odpowiedzi, utrudniony kontakt. Zdecydowanie odradzam.

My rescue dog is also an amputee -she must have known what was in the package! She couldn’t even wait for her new sofa bed to be fully fluffed up before she got into it. Great that it was on special as that made it affordable for me <3

My dogs like their beds. Once we got the size squared up. They are more like a medium compared to their previous beds but they seem happy with them. I ordered 2 and ordered wrong size. When I exchanged them I got 3 beds. When I returned the extra one it was $30 to retutn. At least I think we are ok now and my fur babies are happy.
