My only suggestion is that another method of shipping and packaging is explored. I was unable to track the 'in-transit' portion of its journey and when I received it. - it literally took 40 mins to un-pack .. my item was sealed in a blue outer package, then completely wrapped in a layer of wide clear tape. Then the bag was sealed & taped. The inner package no way opened as indicatrd in diagrahm. There was no opening yo the package and once i cut a portion, the bed did not come out as pictured. It has been 5 days and the middle is still lumpy, the ring edges still have breaks im the stuffing. I have not allowed my dog on it yet because once a day I go and try to gently pull the stuffing, working the lumps out of the center cushin and trying to connect the stuffing in the edge so that there are no low areas. I would not buy it again, and when (and if) I get all the stuffing 'fluffed' instead of wadded together like now I will see if my dog takes to it. The final test will be when it comes to washing it. The brown material on the underside seems rather thin and, being a quilter and familiar with fabric quality, I don't think this fabric will hold up. Time will tell

Hi Sally, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We completely understand your concerns about the packaging, shipping, and initial fluffiness of the bed. Our beds are vacuum-packed for shipping, which can make the filling appear uneven at first, and we always recommend gently reshaping and fluffing it, just like you’ve been doing, to help it reach its intended shape. We’re also taking note of your comments on the fabric and will consider your suggestions as we continue to improve our products and packaging. Your insights are valuable, and we truly appreciate the time you’ve taken to give such a thorough review. We hope your dog ends up loving the bed once it’s fully fluffed! If you run into any issues with the filling or washing process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected], we’re happy to help. Thank you again for your feedback, Sally.

I ordered the MrFluffy bed which was delivered in a timely manner. I liked that the cover can be washed separately from the bedding material. The dogs really enjoy the bed. It is comfortable and durable. I have now purchased three total. Great product.

The fluffy dog beds are thick and soft. Lovely colours. My dogs were initially suspicious, but they are now favourite resting places. Very pleased with the product!

I ordered two extra-large beds. They arrived within a few days. I laid them out on the floor and my dogs stretched out on the beds.....big stretches....and went right to sleep. The beds are thick, with very soft covers. I am very pleased with my purchase.

my dog hated to ride in the car. she would work herself up so much she would get car sick. so i bought the bed and put it in the car. now she just curls up and no more shaking and she hasn't gotten car sick at all. i think she feels secure and safe
