Excellent service and communication
Excellent service and communication. Excellent, quality bed, which my dog loves and immediately curled up in. The base is padded which supports and protects my dog's joints. Overall, an outstanding experience.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience, Marlene! 🐾 We’re so happy your dog feels comfortable and supported in their new bed. Knowing that both the quality of the bed and our service met your expectations truly makes our day.

Slechte klantvriendelijkheid

Nalu likes it.
This is the first time I ordered this item. Is very soft easy to clean. It took a little bit for Nalu to get comfortable but once he accepted the bed he really like it.

Vacuum packed
It arrived quickly in a tiny package. I thought oh great. Waste of money. After three days it fluffed up. I gave it 4 stars because as I was giving up hope it turned out nice for my bulldog. It’s not big enough or filled enough for my 105lb dojo Argentino but she’ll get a different bed and everyone’s happy.

Hi Brandy, We’re glad your bulldog is enjoying the bed after it fluffed up! 🐾 Thanks for sharing your experience and noting how the vacuum-packed packaging can initially make it look smaller. We hope the next bed for your Argentino is the perfect fit.

I was looking for a replacement bed and…
I was looking for a replacement bed and the process and delivery was fast and easy. The product itself was underwhelming in my opinion. A lot more plastic in holding it together as base than I anticipated and a previous dog bed I was replacing ( not from this company). It’s fine for now, and I probably won’t order another.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. 🐾 We’re happy the replacement and delivery process was easy and fast. We appreciate your thoughts on the bed’s design and will use this as feedback to review our materials and construction for future improvements.
