MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

We somehow ended up with a MrFluffy king bed. Our dogs love the bed so much one dog will stand and stare to convince his buddy to GET OUT! Did I mention these are 2 greyhounds? Needles to say we bought two more beds. Everyone is happy !

Your descriptions are perfect to pick the item that fits your fur baby the best. The quality is great and delivery was very quick.

We have a dysfunctional dog, who we picked up at the pound. She had serious anxiety issues!!!!! This bed, "hugs her". Seriously!!!! She loves it! She takes her favorite toy, and takes it to the bed to, "relax". It is hilarious!!!!! It does comfort her. And, she literally says, "thank you, with a smile". Robin Eggert

Wasn't sure my girls would like! This to my amazement they are in love with this super cozy comfy bed!!! Could not be more happy. Love the color. Sophia approves

I have had the worst experience with this company and had to share to prevent others from making the same mistake I have. The bed I purchased was expensive and I fell for all the big claims on the website, believing I was investing in a quality product for my dog. He is a pretty gentle boy, not a digger and has regular nail trims... Yet the bed barely lasted a couple of months before a hole appeared and with each wash (as instructed on the website) it has become worse. The fabric of the inner has torn despite careful handling and the zips are already sticking after 10 months. I contacted the company to advise if this and they said if I wanted a refund I had 30 days from purchase. I explained how faulty goods were covered by statutory rights and I was only seeking replacement. They have spent weeks being slow to respond, asking me for details/ photos, then photos of different parts of the bed... Then gone back to saying they won't help me because I've had the bed more than 30 days. I now wouldn't take another one of their products if they sent it for free... If this is what their customer service is like, what are their safety standards like? I wish I'd seen these reviews and not wasted my time and money on this absolute con of a company. I hope my feedback can save other pet owners from wasting their time, money and energy.

This is the 2nd time we ordered dog beds from this company. The last ones finally needed replacement after a few years. My two rescue dogs love their new beds. They’re so soft and easy to wash.

I just purchased my 5th Mr Fluffy bed for my 15 year old Border Terrier. I have them in her favorite rooms throughout the house. And even have one in our RV and one in my office at work. This is the first dog bed that she has ever liked. Thank you for keeping her “old bones” comfy.

Very helpful & honest
