Placed the order which was confirmed straight away. The wait time was the problem, was not informed that would have to wait so long, and no contact during wait time other than when I asked for a delivery date. The goods arrived just in time for the purpose ordered (firework season) and of good manufacture.

Living in Mallorca-Spain gave us a setback for delivery of the dog beds. Yet the efficient and very kind communication with the company, namely with Rose, settled it all. We have an epileptic border collie who absolutely loves her new bed, it seems to make her more tranquil than she normally is. I would highly recommend them. So thank you Rose and the MrFluffyFriend team.

Dog bed took ages to arrive, it was terrible quality and when I asked to return it I was told the returns address was in China. It would cost a fortune to return it. I was offered a 15% refund and I could keep the bed, I declined, I was then offered a 30% refund which I accepted. Getting some money back was better than nothing. The bed was totally unusable and i binned it.

Far to expensive bought a larger one, the right size for my dog. Yours was £41 the larger one was £16. Very disappointed

After initial worries that this company was not bona fide, I contacted their customer services and waited for my order to be delivered. It took a long time but eventually it arrived. A comfy dog bed that looks good too. My whippet lays all over it and now prefers it to the sofa - if you know sight hounds, you know this is the highest compliment!

Please don't buy from this company, I wish I'd read these before I ordered. I ordered a large (for a whippet according to their sizing) and my whippet is only 19 inches to his shoulder. The bed took an age to arrive, I had to chase delivery. They sent me a link to track but the product wasn't even at the depot. When it arrived, my dog couldn't even get half his body on it. I emailed for a return address and they replied say 'wait a week, fluff it up, it will grow, thousands of customers have found this to work.' A week later, was was STILL asking for a return address. They've now sent one, in CHINA! They have UK and European hubs, they are just trying to deter returns. I have posted a review and photo on their website which has been removed three times! They only have 5 star reviews on there, funny that. I have now donated the bed to dog shelter, rather than send it off to God knows where and never see the money again. I hope this saves anyone else wasting their money.

Perfect bed for calming. My Shihtzu puppy absolutely loves it. So much so, that I bought a 2nd one for the bedroom. Only downside is the long delivery time but you keep getting messages to order another one.
