They took Forever and we’re wrapped in so much plastic it took me 10+ minutes to unwrap all the plastic. Also sizing is inaccurate the large beds are small!

There was a serious lack of communication. No word after I paid for the MrFluffyFriend and the delivery took a couple of weeks from the day I ordered. My beautiful hound loved curling up in her new bed but enjoyed it for only 1 week and suddenly had a heart attack and died. Not MrFluffyFriend’s fault, just sadly ironic.

It took a long time to get my dog's bed and when I did get it, it was far smaller than expected and it smelled awful. My dog would not go near it...so much for it reducing anxiety!

I appreciated the company responding to my concerns in a timely fashion. When the bed was delivered, my fur-baby took to it immediately! She is so particular and cautious about everything but she really loves her new bed. I can tell the softness of the fabric comforts her. This is truly a purchase worth its value!
