Great product. My dog loves this bed. He has several other kinds of beds but when he’s going to sleep he now heads for this, the most comfortable one! Highly recommend this product.

This puppy WORKS!!! Bought a 3x5 & a 2x3 for my most used doors...the thundering herd (6 in total) are no match for their dirt collecting abilities. great product!

Love the product but do not buy from website. Return was a lot of hoops to jump through. Order from Amazon. This is my 4th rug (swap after 6 months bec I was the rug often and like it to look new). Ordered two of the outside mats. Our lil dogs nails got caught in them. Returned one of the outside mats and put one in garage.

Thank you for your feedback, Brenda. We understand this is your 4th purchase and note the challenges you experienced with the return process as well as the issue with your dogs’ nails on the outdoor mats. An email has been sent to assist you further.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 * if i had the option. I ordered two $15 rugs and they charged my account $71. I immediately checked the order and they had added additional items to my order. Within minutes I requested to cancel my order and they did not respond until the next day. At which time they said it was too late to cancel. After much back and forth they finally sent an email saying to keep the addition items and they would refund me for them. A few minute later I received a refund confirmation with the amount of refund and stating it would show on my account within 10 days. It has now been 19 days and there is still no refund. I have reached out and was told to give them 24 hours to resolve and they would contact me with the answer, that has now been 4 days and still no response. They also claim these basic rugs are a "custom order" so PayPal will not help, even though all I want is to be reimbursed for the items I did NOT order, which are not "custom". This company is scamming people by adding things to the order trying to upsale. And then promising refunds that they have no intention in giving.

Thank you for your feedback, Norma. We understand that additional items were added to your order and that you are still awaiting the refund referenced in the confirmation. An email has been sent to address this matter and assist further.
