I finally broke down and bought these mats expecting them to not perform as described. I can't tell you how much I love them! Many years ago I redid my kitchen and sunroom floors to white tile. Big mistake! I have always had dogs and they go in and out a doggie door. I could scrubb my floors everyday and it wouldn't help. Paw prints within 10 minutes of cleaning them. That is all over now. These mats do exactly as you say they do. My floors are staying white much much longer. I'm now 71 with my last dog. I can't clean floors like I used to. So thank you, Muddy Mat, for creating a product that actually works. I will be telling friends and family.

Not only are all of the Muddy Mat products out of this world great quality, but the Customer Service Team is the absolute BEST!! The quality of the Muddy Mat products is so great that I have purchased at least one of each item and in most cases, I have several!! I have also given Muddy Mat products as gifts and recommended them to all of my family and friends!! Everything I have bought from Muddy Mat has arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. However, my latest order was my second Cloud K-9 dog bed. When it had not arrived in a timely manner, I tracked it with the tracking number that Muddy Mat had provided and found that it wasn't deliverable for "insufficient address." When I wasn't able to contact that company, I contacted Muddy Mat and spoke with the kindest, most patient and helpful human!! When I explained my problem and told Muddy Mat's Customer Service Representative that I live on a little dirt road in a rural area, the representative said that they would replace my order at no extra cost to me and I would receive my Cloud K-9 dog bed in approximately 10 days. Well, I received that bed in 3 days!! My pup loves her second new bed just as much as the first!! Molly is 16 years old and has some joint issues. She loves her Cloud K-9 bed because it molds itself around her body and supports her joints!! I just might have to purchase a Muddy Mat Cloud K-9 dog bed for every room in my house!!

I bought one rug a couple of months ago and absolutely loved it, which made me get two more plus the dog towel and the dog grooming mitt. The best part about this is everything goes in the washing machine product is very well made, and they stand by what they do.. I will recommend them to anybody.

Received my rug on time which is a big plus today. The rug keeps the mud off the floor quite well. It's very comfortable to walk and stand on.
