Items were added to my order when I tried to stop the delivery within an hour of ordering I received no reply. I am disappointed that I have had no response to stop this order

We have a 9 year old mixed breed female dog who has gone through at least a dozen pet beds over the years. Not only did our Fiona find it hard to get comfortable in most of them, my wife and I found them hard to wash and very difficult to put back together after washing. With that in mind we tried the Muddy Mat Dog Bed and couldn't believe the difference. Fiona immediately took to this bed and has been in love with it ever since. The price was very competitive but the ease of use and our dog's preference make this a no brainer. Buy this bed! Your pet will thank you!

Neither of my dogs has any interest in climbing onto their new mat. They prefer the ones that come with built in ‘nest’.

I have reviewed Muddy Mats previously however need to share the delivery experience. My first order of 3 mats around September 1st was delivered some weeks later with only 1 mat. I emailed them & they amended the order to now deliver 2 mats. I waited and then another 1 mat was delivered. I emailed them again and finally on the 4 th November my order was finally completed. Never again will I use this company to purchase a product that I actually like. Communication is excellent however the delivery process needs fixing.

I never received my package that they claim FedEx delivered it and there is nowhere on my property a package. They did not even take a picture of where they left it just a receipt that had my address on it. I am very leery of ordering anything on Facebook and if I do not receive my package, you will get a bad review. The lady I spoke to was very nice and she claims that they would send out another without another payment so I will see if that happens and if it does come, I will give you a very good report.

My dog loves her new bed! The chenille cover on the bed is just so soft and comfortable for her. Sometimes she doesn’t even wanna get out of it. Company was a pleasure to deal with. I had inadvertently put in a duplicate order online and they were so helpful. They sent me a return FedEx slip and I got a full refund within a week. Definitely recommend them.
