My order came in all damaged / crushed from the shipping because of the very cheap bubble wrap packaging. The shower heads are not usable because it is all made of plastic and broke right on the threaded part. I emailed customer support with pictures and ask for a refund instead of replacement because the shower heads are so cheaply made. The response was they can only refund me $40. I demanded for full refund but never heard of them since. I didn't even received the $40. Too!

The shower head and parts are cheap plastic, do not fit my plumbing and filters were open and spilled. These come from China! Garbage Waiting to see if they will let me return!!! To be continued

The showerhead I received had a minor crack which leaks water (realised after usage) and even the filters I received were damaged, couldn't see any better results in water quality. Don't waste your money on this

Ordered on Jan. 29th. All was great until I received an email on February 6th stating that my package was damaged in transit, and that my order would be reshipped and I would receive a new tracking number. Almost 1 week later, I still have not received an updated tracking number so I emailed customer service and have still not heard anything. I understand things happen, but I'm frustrated with the lack of communication. Update: Still have not heard back from the company, but it looks like my package is getting closer to me as I used my order number to see shipping updates.

I ordered almost a month ago 1/17 25 got one email giving me a tracking # the shipping info never got updated now when I try to track the package it says my order doesn't exist emailed the customer support and surprise they haven't responded definitely a scam

Its a scam. Im stupid i should have done more research. I ordered the filtered shower head almost a month ago and after sending emails and getting fake shipping updates, i searched the company…and many other people have the same issue I do. Great marketing and fake review writing capabilities for a scam.

Absolute SCAM. Would rate 0 stars if it let me. Ordered on 12/31/2024. Today is 2/6/2025, more than a full month later. Item still not received. Multiple emails sent to this company and I get the same response that “Item was shipped, if you do not get it in 3-10 business days, let us know and we will fix it”. I’ve gotten this response at least 3 times. Of course, any time I ask for a refund, no response. I finally got a new email yesterday, where they are now telling me that they’ve discovered my package was among many which were destroyed in shipping due to weather. Last I knew the package was in Texas on January 30. Must have been some kind of crazy weather event in Texas that I haven’t heard about that just destroyed hoardes of packages. And even if so, why did it take a FULL MONTH for them to learn this while I had been emailing them the entire time. So now they’ve re-shipped the item. Threw in extra filters. Gave me a 30% discount on my next order (as if I’d ever buy from them again) for “sticking with them”. You didn’t give me a choice! They’ve finally addressed my refund request too. I can take a 20% partial refund now, or get a full refund once I send the item back to them and they receive it. Translated: I’m never going to see the item, or my money again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Didn't like device. Upon attempting return, they said there was no record of purchase yet my card was charged. Provided proof and they still said no record of purchase. Blatant lying!!! So now i have to dispute charge. What a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
