My order was shipped very quickly and the product arrived on time and in perfect condition.

My parts were sent within a day or two of my ordering. When the package arrived, the parts were in the package (they apparently broke through the packaging). A phone call later, a second shipment was on its way and packaged so it could not break out of the package. I only ordered 2 small hooks, but was treated as a valued customer.

Stainless steel shackles were exactly as advertised. Great quality and finish. I needed the finish smooth because I use rope winch cable. Shipping was timely. Thanks for the great service…..Jim Hughes

They shipped very quickly, unfortunately I received Hemp rope instead of Nylon. 1 quick email and my nylon rope was on it's way along with a shipping label to return the hemp rope. They even checked in with me to make sure I received the nylon rope and the return label, small error but excellent recovery!
