I have requested several times for information and pricing 4 York swivel hooks as of this date I still have not received a response. I have had a good working relationship before the business was moved to its new location and a new staff. Fred, John, and Zack, Who used to work for your company at the old location has been very helpful. I get my answers within hours. I rate them with five stars and the current staff and location with one star. Thank you

We Are sorry about this. Although this was 6 months ago , we remember the circumstances differently. You asked for an obsolete part that was hard to find. We offered the new replacement part but didn't hear back from you. We will be happy to get you the replacement part if you like.

Great products and fast shipping. Only reason it was not 5 stars is due to lack of communication. No order/invoice or shipping confirmation was received. No response to emails about order status. Products arrived a couple days later. Will do business with Murphy's again.
