Hello Erik Knudson, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it's caused. I want to address your concerns as transparently as possible. Firstly, I want to clarify that we take Spotify’s guidelines very seriously, and our primary goal is to promote your music in a way that is both effective and compliant with all platform rules. We do not engage in any practices that would intentionally harm an artist's account. Regarding the discrepancy in plays, there could be several factors that influence whether plays are deemed payable by Spotify, including listener behavior, geographic location, and Spotify’s internal algorithms. However, I fully understand your concern, especially given the impact on your account. As for the detailed report you requested, I sincerely apologize for the delay. I understand how important this is for your appeal process. We are currently compiling the necessary information and will have it to you as soon as possible. We are committed to supporting you in this matter and helping you resolve the issue with Spotify. Please rest assured that we are not a scam, and we want to work with you to resolve these issues. Your trust is important to us, and I’m here to assist you in any way I can. Thank you for your patience, and I’ll follow up shortly with the report. Best regards, Musicvertising Customer Service Team.

Hello Casey Hall, We'll be getting your Spotify profile to the right audience by using what they have searched for before (native ads). Like when you are looking for a computer and suddenly there are computer ads all around you? It is pretty similar. But instead of looking for a product, people look for artists or genres, and that's when they'll see the ad campaign. I've got two good articles that explain deeply how it'll work. Check them out here: https://blog.taboola.com/what-is-programmatic-native-advertising/ https://www.thundertech.com/blog-news/june-2020/native-advertising-vs-programmatic-advertising-in-2020 Any website that uses programmatic native ads can be showing your profile to users, but the ads are shown accordingly to the users' interests and their previous searches. So, we don’t ever send bots or any type of fake engagement. It is totally against our values. All campaigns are based on a combination of native advertising, targeted blog outreach, and track distribution to playlist curators, according to the chosen campaign. Our services fully comply with Spotify’s terms of service. Best regards, Musicvertising Customer Service Team.
