Hi Camille, Thanks for your feedback. I want to assure you that our company is fully dedicated to delivering authentic and high-quality campaigns on Spotify. We strictly follow Spotify's terms of service and our internal values, avoiding any use of bots or artificial engagement. Instead, we rely on programmatic native ads to promote your Spotify profile to listeners who have shown an interest in similar artists or genres, similar to how online ads work based on user searches. Our unique system of programmatic native ads targets users according to their interests and browsing history. We are deeply sorry to hear about the removal of your singles and album. We understand how frustrating and disheartening this can be. Please know that we are taking your feedback very seriously and are actively investigating this matter. Additionally, I wanted to share some insights about recent industry concerns. Here are some discussions and articles that provide a deeper look: https://medium.com/@geek.marketing2020/distrokid-misleading-artists-by-blaming-spotify-here-is-the-truth-f81459e2163a https://www.reddit.com/r/musicmarketing/comments/18hvdjh/distrokid_taking_advantage_of_spotifys_new_fake/ https://www.reddit.com/r/musicmarketing/comments/18mwh3i/got_a_warning_saying_spotify_will_remove_your/ These sources highlight some musicians' concerns about certain distributors and their practices.
