Initially, I could not get my to my physician's certification form for a medical marijuana prescription. However after an email and a text I was promptly sent my prescription...great customer service thank you so much!

I had a telephone call from the doctor scheduled for 9:45. She never called. I received a phone call at 10:10, telling me my call was rescheduled with another doctor at 11:00. I work fulltime, and I was concerned that this call would conflict with a scheduled call with a client. Luckily, the call lasted about 5 minutes, so no problem, but I was anxious about this.
